1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropScore ("the Service"), available at https://dropscore.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropScore is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides expired domain analysis, including a proprietary Flippability Score, Brandability Index, Domain Authority (DA) metrics, WHOIS status, Wayback Machine history, and related domain research tools. The Service is offered in both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription tier.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Free Tier and Pro Subscription

Free Tier: Users may access up to 10 expired domains per fetch at no cost. No account is required.

Pro Subscription: The Pro tier costs USD $9.00 per month (or equivalent in local currency) and provides 50+ domains per fetch, priority support, early access to new features, and daily curated domain lists delivered by email. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for the Pro subscription are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, Dodo Payments and Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by our payment processor or by emailing hello@dropscore.online. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have Pro access until that date.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's underlying algorithms or data.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service's free tier.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms (including the Flippability Score methodology), branding, and design of DropScore are the intellectual property of DropScore and its founder, Rajkumar L.C. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DropScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of domain data, scores, or metrics. All domain-related data is aggregated from third-party sources and may change without notice. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost domain investments, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
